WireRelay is built to move photos from your camera to your own FTP destination — nothing more. This page explains exactly what that involves and what happens to your data along the way.
Photos received from your camera are stored locally on your device, in the app's own private storage area, only until they've been relayed to the FTP destination you've configured — or until you delete them yourself.
WireRelay does not operate any server of its own. Your photos never pass through Oz LLC's infrastructure. They travel directly from your camera, to your phone, to the FTP server you specify.
Your destination FTP server's username and password, and the local login you set for your camera to connect to WireRelay, are stored in your device's Keychain — Apple's secure, encrypted credential storage built into iOS and iPadOS. These credentials are never transmitted anywhere except to the destination server you configured, and are never sent to Oz LLC.
WireRelay does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking software of any kind. We don't collect usage data, and we don't share any data with advertisers.
If you contact us for support — by email, for example — we'll have whatever information you choose to include in that message, such as your email address or a description of the issue. We use this only to help resolve what you contacted us about.
WireRelay is a professional tool built for working photographers and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
